About the Camp:

The MAC Summer Prospect Camp is an exciting opportunity for young hockey players entering 6th, 7th, 8th grade, and incoming freshmen to elevate their game and prepare for the next level of competition. This two-day camp is designed to focus on player development, off-ice training, nutrition, fitness, and overall well-being, providing participants with a comprehensive experience both on and off the ice.

Camp Highlights:

- On-Ice Practice: Engage in two days of intensive on-ice practice sessions led by experienced varsity coaches. Receive personalized feedback and guidance to enhance your skills and understanding of the game.

- Games: Participate in four competitive games designed to challenge and refine your abilities in a team setting.

- Off-Ice Training: Learn the importance of nutrition, fitness, and mental preparation in hockey. Gain valuable insights and strategies to optimize your physical and mental performance.
